how often do we use the word 'and'? 

it's a simple word, but it brings two or more things together.  

you could call 'and' a conjunction. 

 it allows us to effortlessly connect ideas, nouns, and phrases to each other. 

salt isn't salt without pepper.  it's salt & pepper. 

jack & jill. what would jack have done without his jill?

cinnamon & sugar

peanut butter & jelly

black & white

biscuits & gravy

& my favorite...

you & me. 

who would come after your "&"....?  

isn't life a little sweeter when you can connect your name with something or someone else? 

isn't that why we're here? to connect and share our love with someone else? 

'and' allows me to attach my name and associate it with someone i'm crazy about- bry. meg & bry. 

we go together like a pea in a pod. you don't have me without him, and i love that.
