If there's one thing to take care of and treat with utmost respect and attention, it is your health.

Trust me, as a nurse I see wayyyyyyy too many people in the hospital who are there because of their bad health habits.  The things I post here are things you should put on your "priority list." Health is everything to me, and after studying nutrition in school, reading books about it, researching on women's health, studying the human body, and putting it to practice in my life, I've decided there's nothing more valuable than taking care of that body you have!  We all know when we're healthy, we're happy. And who doesn't want to be happy? Name one person.  

Here I'll start posting tips, ideas, recipes, and tidbits about health.
